ABOUT ME

I’m a seasoned editor and writer with a diverse range of experience in my native U.K. and Toronto, Canada. I’ve worked on travel, food, home and other lifestyle content, for both branded and newsstand publications. I came to Canada in 2005 to “travel around for a year” and somehow acquired a mortgage, a cat and two kids.    

My big strength is developing a strong connection with a target audience, whether that's a frequent business traveller or a first-time homeowner with grand designs. I’m a good listener who's able to tune in and assimilate a brand's voice. I'm very comfortable with not just conceptualizing and assigning content but developing the strategy behind it, too. I’m an inherently nosey person that enjoys the data-driven insights that come along with all forms of digital content. And I'm a good leader who always provides good snacks.
